New Zealand standard - $8.95

New Zealand rural - $10.95

Unless stated otherwise on the product (as identified at checkout).  Heavier items may cost additional charges.  Lighter items will be less.

Giftboxes

New Zealand standard (gift box) - $10.95

New Zealand rural (gift box) - $14.95

 

Free delivery to a single NZ address on all orders over $150.

Please allow 1-2 working days for Koakoa Design to dispatch your order - Shipping time is additional. Monday to Friday.

South Island: 2-4 working days estimate only

*Please understand sometimes there are courier delays outside of our control. 

*Please note that while we will do everything possible to ensure a gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date and delays can happen with couriers. 

*Please note additional delays are anticipated during the Covid-19 lockdowns.

 

PO BOXES

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  Please use a street address when placing your order to avoid delays.

 

DELIVERY TERMS + CONDITIONS

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Delivery charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.

All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
